Question: Trademark name registration

Hello, If for example I want to register a trademark named “Gold Supply” and there’s another trademark named “The Gold Tee Company” and we are the same international class but, our logo are totally different, can I still registering my trademark? or it may be denied? The other trademark has it: NO CLAIM IS MADE TO THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE “TEE COMPANY” APART FROM THE MARK AS SHOWN. But I don’t really know what it mean…

Thank you.

Answer: If your mark and the other mark were the only marks in your class of goods/services that had the word “Gold”, but your logos that are part of the marks are “totally different”, then you probably have a good chance of registration.
